What Is VirilSense?

VirilSense is a daily gummy combining Tongkat Ali, Yohimbine, Shilajit and Horny Goat Weed.
Some marketing for this product makes claims about a fungal cause of ED and physical growth effects that are not supported by research; we do not repeat them.
A four-ingredient formula, wrapped in an exaggerated marketing narrative
VirilSense is a daily gummy dietary supplement marketed to adult men, combining Tongkat Ali, purified Yohimbine bark extract, Shilajit-derived fulvic acid and Horny Goat Weed. Two of these ingredients — Tongkat Ali and Yohimbine — are genuinely among the more independently researched natural compounds in the men's sexual health category.
What we found in the marketing, and why we do not repeat it
Researching this product, we found marketing describing a fungal organism (Fusarium) supposedly colonising the bloodstream and causing erectile dysfunction by “poisoning” testosterone, along with claims of measurable penis growth and even height increases from use. None of these claims are supported by published clinical research. The underlying fungus and its mycotoxin are real agricultural substances, but the extrapolation to a human bloodstream infection driving an ED epidemic goes far beyond what toxicology research supports, and the physical growth claims are not physiologically credible for adult men. We have deliberately excluded all of this from our coverage of the product.
What is actually in it, and what genuinely holds up
Four ingredients: Tongkat Ali, purified Yohimbine, Shilajit-derived fulvic acid and Horny Goat Weed. Tongkat Ali has randomized trial support for modest testosterone increases (typically 15-37% in published research, not the 300%+ figures sometimes claimed in marketing). Yohimbine has genuine research on erectile function through vasodilation, alongside real safety considerations discussed on our ingredients page.
The format: gummy
VirilSense is a gummy, sold in bottles of 60. Follow the exact serving directions on your current bottle's label, since we could not independently confirm consistent dosing instructions across the marketing materials we reviewed.
Who it is aimed at, and an important caveat
The marketing targets men experiencing erectile dysfunction and related confidence concerns. If that describes you, the most useful first step is a conversation with a urologist or your doctor, not a supplement purchase — ED has several identifiable, treatable causes that a medical evaluation can actually diagnose.
